5. Traffic congestion creates pollution of sound as well as air causing critical illnesses.
6. Vehicle emission circulates in the streets and dont disperse as no ventilation due to no setbacks left in construction causing lung diseases.
7. The honest builders and landlords who go as per rules are harassed and suffered financial losses.
