Pay on time to the employees working in special schools

Respected sir,there are near about 800 special schools for the education and rehabilitation purpose of mentally visually orthopaedically and speech disabled children.there are around 18000Thousand employees working in special schools. The employees in these special school (granted by maharashtra government under social justice and special assistance department) are never paid on time .they are always paia with differece of 5-6 months .the employees in WASHIM district of maharashtra are paid after the difference of 7-8 ? Months.so its the need of the hour that maharashtra govt.should see the matter and should take necessary steps towards .the employees have to go for hunger strike and working in the schools gets affected to avoid all these things please pay them on time.
