Night shifts be banned in Indian corporate/ other offices for women!!

As more and more atrocities are happening on women, I think it is time software companies do their bit and not put women in night shift. Even though a law has been passed that no woman should be working past 8 PM, it is not amended in the leading companies. The companies claim to be providing security and GPS to track the cabs, but if it succumbs to ill-fate then anything can happen. Why should they wait for such incidents to happen. The companies are utilizing Indians as cheap labor to save the money by making them work in the night shift. It is not about the extra 300 bucks that people earn. Parents shudder sending their daughters in night shifts. Nobody is safe. The companies can use resources in USA and UK so that it is balanced and nobody suffers. Please support this petition as it is no joke and i am sure most of the women will agree wit this petition. As an example, in 2005, a BPO employee was raped and murdered in Bangalore, the rapist just left with meager fine and 14 years imprisonment.
