BSNL vennela plus - when you take the new connection they say 110 recharge once in every 3 months; problem comes here some series will get validityextension but some wont get,the great customer care people says topup only with topup card no e-top and sometimes they say only use e-topup no card topup. Most of the customers will face the problems with both types of topup
