MCPL INDIA PVT LTD, GOA UNETHICAL BUSINESS POLICIES

I am operating business in the name of Sriram Agencies for FMCG Products distribution, in Cuddalore Tamilnadu Area. I have been Distributor for MCPL india (Pvt) Ltd., for their products Old spiece Cosmetics and shaving cream and shaving lotion. Suddenly the company has decided to hand over the product to Procter and Gamble, and the company said that the distributors will be provided with new products like Blue Stratoes Shaving Cream and Shaving Lotion. Entire market Support will be provided by the company, so we have been adviced for six months to keep silence without any settlement. After eight months the company taken Blue Stratoes for market and we have purchased the stocks against D.D. Condition, since we having belief on Company, The marketing People operated various Display schemes in our market and forced us to give in advance. We have given all the Display and schemes to the market. In Two months, the marketing people upscanded, and nobody is coming to market. The Company never taken steps whether the products sold in the market, and what about the Distributors status, and how to settle the Distributor against the amount they invested in Display schemes in market. The Entire Stocks are idle in our godown.
