I have recharged my account with Rs. 49 (SMS Pack) with transaction ID: 1569730462 at 14:09 hours on 8th December 2010 but I was not given the benefit. This has happened previously several times and it keeps happening inpite of their state of art technology (Big Joke).

When I call up the call centre on 8th December 2010 at 14:12 hours, an agent my name Raju picks up and without any action transfers the call to his superior blindly. I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes ( and I was getting charged for the call) without any resolution and transfer.

Finally I had to hang up in frustration. THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM AIRTEL ON MANY OCCASSIONS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN MORE HORRIBLE PRODUCT.
