Make moral education compulsary in India

In India about 100 rapes take place daily, we all know that the reason of all these rapes and other form of atrocites on women is not their clothes or their way of life but the ill mentality of rapists, those people who think that they are superior to women. Today also there are many villages in India where from a very early age small kids are taught how to tame a woman, where women are treated like animals, in such can we blame only the men who don't treat the women fairly or there is a need to change the deep rooted ill mindset of people? I think moral education is very necessary if one wants to bring any kind of change in our society. This petition is for moral education to our kids in school.
