Common Land in villages is for utilization for all the families in village. However these days all common land is occupied by people with gives no place for children to play or animals to graze.
Moreover now people started construction work over the land.
This land belongs to all. So either Govt. should collect appropriate tax on this land form the one who occupied it or it should be distributed equally among all the families in the village.
