INSERVICE MEDICAL PG SEAT ELIGIBILITY IN JHARKHAND AS PER SUPREME COURT AND MCI

Sir,
We are more than 20 doctors who are working as permanant medical officers in remote and rural areas of jharkhand. We have done mbbs outside jharkhand.
As per Supreme Court last year judgement with refernce to UP and Rajasthan case of same issue and MCI guideline to give 10/20/30% for 1, 2 and 3 years of rural posting in state goverment irrespective of mbbs passing state.
Inspite of the apex court judgement the jharkhand is not giving us rural incentive marks with eligibilty in jharkhand state merit list.
We have qualified NEET PG this year and the goverment by such discriminatory policy is pushing us to go outside jharkhand to do pg and serve them. We want to complete pg here itself as we are doing permanant state goverment job and want to serve the state after pg lifelong.
This petition is for making us eligible in state pg merit list with pg incentive marks.
