This petition is to highlight the need to make laws pertaining to rape or sexual harassment even strict. Be it a minor or an adult who is committing the crime, they should be punished regardless of their age.
A minor who rapes is no minor, we all must agree to it. The punishment for such a heinous crime should be heinous as well, in order to set an example for the rest. In my view, rapists should be stoned to death publically, for, treating them humanely is an inhuman act in itself.
