Sports ministry should see to it that the sportsmen get selected in the teams on the basis of talent and not nepotism. In the past coaches and team selection committee members have been found to indulge in corrupt practices of promoting less talented players, while more talented players have been benched. Also there has been discrimation based on caste, religion and sex in the team selection processes. If India has to shine in Olympics, Commonwealth Games, etc. then please urge the government to give fair chance to those who deserve it.
