Human resource is the biggest assest of a company in modern times. Providing good care for employees and their family obliges the employees to give the company their best in return.
When employees give the best part of their time and effort to the company, then the employers also have a moral and legal obligation towards securing the employees' family against any untoward incidents.
Life insurance, accident policies, Mediclaim, etc. should compulsorily be given to all employees. All the companies are requested to have appropriate group policies for workers enlisted with them.
