Demand for law against hate crime in India

Salutations Honble Sir!
We the members of Objective Human Protection and Welfare
Association on behalf of victims of hate crimes and concerned humans pray for an effective
anti-hate crime law in India amidst the following grounds:

In country like #India where might specially numerical - is right, groups fewer in number in any given settlement, even those belonging to majority community
suffer perpetual atrocities mostly in the form of collective non- violent crimes like subtle and
crass perpetual harassments,
intimidations, sabotages,
humiliations, often blocking means of livlihood and rights to
relieve and movement and arraignment in false cases or counter cases upon victims taking
recource to laws. The victims of hate crimes as a natural corallary become naked meats for criminals, extortinists and thugs. It will take pages to enumerate the forms of attrocities.
Therefore blanket, merely caste specific law itself is a miscarriage of justice.
WE demand an anti-hate crime law of universal application. It is necessary not only from ethical point of view but also to keep the unity and integrity of the country.
