Citigen of India should honoured if he paid income tax honestly throughout his carrier. Government should take care by rewarding him with some financial support based on total tax paid by him. It might be small percentage 2% annually. Happy retirement will motivate the tax payer. Old man needs recognization for his contribution in country economy.
