cheating in the name of marriage

kumari Roopa Lakshmi having met / come across / in contact with me his id giriys@mail.com during July 2011 via FACE BOOK Social Networking (Internet service) and used to chat via id / FACE BOOK Roopa Lakshmi having met / interacted with me vide face book and knowing fully educated / suffient income and well settled etc.., decided to extract information by hacking E-mail and Facebook accounts started getting close to me and exchanged phone numbers, kumari Roopa Lakshmi gave her mobile numbers as 9900******* as we had also started to contact over phone finally decided to meet each other and used to visit different places / outing etc.., i further instruct that Roopa lakshmi used to insist / demand for gift / gold jewellery / mobile phones / dresses etc.., thus both of them decided to marry.
me and Roopa Lakshmi having decided to get marry starting sending chatting messaging over phones via SMS, E-mails etcs.., with the assurance made an arrangement given by Roopa Lakshmi, I decided to marry her and took her to my residence to meet my parents and had huge hopes in marrying her by the parents n she has given promises nand assured to my parents to marry me later she also cancelled my arranged engagement . Having decided to get marry, kumari Roopa Lakshmi started to act indifferently with me and started threatening to kill with rowdy elements along with his father n brother and also lodged a false complaint against me , along with her Father & brother, thus with her high influence of her lodged a complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bangalore in june 2012 and took undertaking forcefully from me, inspite of no fault of mine,
Thus, i had instituted private complaint against her for criminal cheating cyber crime for hacking personal accounts and requested for high enquiry against her vide PCR and the same is pending for adjudication.
