Dear honourable sir/madam
I am a citizen of this country and as per my fundamental right I am expressing a view I feel is important for the society. The speakers that are kept in public areas are a nuisance especially to students , elderly people suffering from a heart disease or any other ailment. Moreover these speakers are a major cause of noise pollution and harm the environment. I kindly request you to look into this problem
