We can not stop drivers from blaring horn in the traffic! What we can do is make sure those horns are at regulated volume. Car and motocycle companies now allow noise producing accessories Just For Fun!
It is not stylish or useful but harmful and irritating. It causes heart disease and early deafness. These accessories and vehicles in general should be Banned from sale in India. We'll only benefit from its absence.
