Bad food supply in Vaishali Express

On 24/10/2010 I alongwith my wife started my journey from Muzaffarpur to New Delhi in Train No. 2553 ( Vaishali Express) PNR No.624-7767224. The meals supplied by the IRCTC from the Pantry Car was not as per norms details as:

1. Rice - Not properly cooked(kacha)
2. Roti - Two stale, One Fresh
3. No curd / Pickle / Sweets etc.
4. No drinking water

After repeated request Catering Manager Mr. Suman Thakur and Asst. Catering Manager not provided me the Complaint Register nor even bothered to loge my complaint or hear me. I have not eaten my dinner and reached my destination and today i.e.25/10/2010 making this statement. Due to worst food I suffered a lot.
Prayed accordingly for appropriate action.
