Airline Says Refundable But Charge 80% Of Amount As Cancellation Charge..Cheat

While booking airline ticket they mention its refundable however when we try to cancel it takes away almost 80% of the amount as airline cancellation charge which is equal to cheating people. There can be various reason for cancelling but due to this charges we loose away so much money uselessly. They need to mention on top how much its refundable so that they can decide accordingly. Is there anyone who thinks about common people too and help in stopping this robbing structure. Please share this as much as possible in hope someone will do something as it can happen to anyone
