Telcos should apologise for Poor Call Quality

Since last few months Voice call quality of all mobile telecom operators have deteriorated to such an extend that to have a 10 minute conversation, one will be lucky to have one without dropping or re dialling at least half a dozen time. Initially I thought it was Vodafone only and I initiated to change the operator across the company and switched to Airtel but there was absolutely no change. I also have an Idea connection which fares no better. Lots of Jio users are saying that their fate is similar. All this on the backdrop of digital India ! How can we depend on such poor quality of service when there is so much dependability on voice and data for millions of people. Through this petition, I would like the respondents be answerable by when they can enhance the quality to an acceptable level.
