I have purchased Reliance Reconnect Smartphone from reliance digital near radika ECIL, HYDERABAD one 11/04/13 #890290121628 sale order No 0098 Invoice No 001193, after 4 days i found some technical problem symptoms was “call disconnect” suddenly while speaking and network of SIM was getting disable randomly, but as I am businessman, I went outstation I couldn’t return it back immediately, after reaching home station I approach Reliance digital on 22/0413 and explained everything but, that guy told some software problem it will take two day to upgrade (for software upgradation will take only 30min I don’t what kind of upgradation!!!! ) and I agreed after receiving JOB Sheet.. After five day I went but still he is tell some stories … after all this I understood that reliance reconnect Smartphone was not branded it's an china phone and it's not new one, that reason it gave me trouble immediate after purchasing…I don’t why this branded people also start cheating on silly items …. I don’t know to whom to approach and what to do? shall I approach Consumer Court ?
