Tikona Digital Networks - Agency Sales Representative cheated me.

Hi,

I got a new Broadband connection from Tikona in the month of January 2012.

Transaction Date: 29012012

I have made a payment Rs.1100/- towards installation charges and Rs.1500/- towards Router charge. The sales executive Mr. Ayub promised me that he would deliver and install the router within 24hours of the payment. It is been one week now and I still haven't received the router. Despite all my efforts in trying to contact him from last one week, he would not answer any of my calls.

This is a matter of serious cheating. It shows how professional and active your organisation is ? Actually this is just cheating your customers.

I request you to take serious action again him and install my router and wifi ASAP. Please find attached the soft copy of the receipt.
