Private Limited Company Cheating Employees

Dear Sir

I have joined M/s. Metco Roof Pvt Limited on 08/03/2009 at Chennai Region Office with the Reference of Mr.B. Rajesh Kumar and his contact number used in Chennai is 9840998068, who is the appointed as CMO for Gujarat Plant now his number is 9924298868, so whenm i joined this company Mr.Rajesh said that there will be 6 months training for you in Chennai at the time salary will be 7500/- and you will be sent to Gujarat Plant where they purchased only land for constructing a new plant and said me that you are going to transfer so we will give you the offer letter when you are going to Gujarat .

At last on 1st June 2010 i reached Ankleshwar , from 10th of June 2010 Construction work started so iam alone there in behalf of Metco , stayed there alone , on that time Rajesh committed that i will be paid up to Rs.20,000/- till Production starts and will get 40% Increment after production starts .

Work for the company is completed and production also started but i dint got any increment they increased up to 13000/- he said that he will provide me company rented house , Allowances when to settle my family here at Gujarat , so i did the same but i dint got any thing , after all the work completed now thay are not minding about salary increment they treating me like slave by giving work day and night with out time to spend with family , also not giving my Offer Letter its already 4+ years joined with Metco but they are not giving the Offer Letter for me and also the same for all the employees working there.

No Pay Slip Provided for the past 10 months , but they are using ERP. Cheating the employees , and also not providing the bonus , but they are showing the bonus expenses on Auditing .

I struggled a lot from then and at last i resigned my job on 02/01/2014 , given my Resignation letter and also one month notice , but now iam asking my Reliving letter , Experience Letter and PF Documents , what the company replying is we dont have and practice of giving Joining Letter , Transfer Letter, Reliving Letter and Experience certificate .

This company is making lot of illegal money transaction also , Mr.Rajesh Knows where all the money is kept safety. He is the main hand for the CEO Mr. Thirumaran.

Please make some action against this company through civil and Human Rights of Cheating the employees.
