Improve Civic Conditions in Gurgaon

Inspite of contributing most of money in government kitty, Gurgaon - A Millenium city still look like no better than a hell when comes to living conditions.

Roads are damaged badly, no proper sever in place, lack of security, no public transport system - How can one can call it a millenium city where people without car struggle to travel.

Its a city of private builders only, they contribute development charges but collections normally moved to other cities rather than improving Gurgaons condition. A municipal corporation is formed which seems busy collecting money only since inception.
