I am not satisfied with your product and service and i want my MONEY back.

I had got a call from Jhaveri Honda last week and they had asked me to come down to there Cotton Green Branch for resolving the issue. I will be going there on this Sat 16-Oct-2010 and lets see what they will do to resolve the issue. I really need this open issue to be closed this time.

One thing is for sure, if this time the problem is not been solved i am gonna ask them to replace the whole bike or pay my full money.

I am not free to visit the service centres [ Chembur, Kurla & Cotton Green ] every now an then, Absolutely unethical !!!

HOPE FOR THE BEST !! Appreciate there focus on this or i need to do a major escalation for this.

As per my last complaint [ 5167 ] i had gone to Jhaveri Honda Cotton green branch and the supervisor was very kind, he had understand the problem from me and then he had checked and then replaced the Chewing Buch and the problem was solved for that day [ let me tell you still problem is persisting ] and i was happy to see that.

But after a week i.e on 23-Oct-2010 i could see the problem again started and bike started making the same irritating noise when i put the bike on side stand.

I want HONDA team to give back my full MONEY as now its high time. I dont want you to do any more experiments [ trial and error testing ] on my bike.

This is the last mail from my side, i am now filing a case against HONDA and will surely share the case id.

Absoultely Unethical i must say, what a FISHY company HONDA is.
