Fundamental rights in today's outline

Fundamental rights is a charter of rights contained in the Constitution of India. It guarantees civil liberties such that we can lead our lives in peace and harmony as Indian. Here we have six fundamental rights as per the constitution of India:-
1. Right to Equality
2. Right to Particular Freedom
3. Cultural and Educational Rights
4. Right to Freedom of Religion
5. Right Against Exploitation and
6. Right to Constitutional Remedies
But do you think all these activities properly directed ? The common people here suffer from a great number of ills – illiteracy, bad customs and superstitions, ignorance of laws and of their rights and duties.

1)Lack of equality : -
Primary Teachers Recruitment Scam in West Bengal where most of the ‘successful’ candidates were recommended by ruling party leaders. In fact, candidates were recruited like party volunteers with all norms and decency abandoned.
2)Living Under Hitler's rule :-
On 6th November the CM herself had visited Bhowanipur Police Station to resolve a criminal dispute, which is not only unprecedented but also dangerous for a democratic system,
3)Educational Right or right education : -
Kolkata has played a pioneering role in the development of the modern education system in India. It is the gateway to the revolution of European education. But nowadays attack on education system is growing. For example, Heritage physics lab. of Presidency University was ransacked by the goons. Beside that in today’s world education is profit providing business. You have to spent only once and you will receive hole life. The team who provide the affiliation to institute needs money not think about teacher salary. The Government is not thinking about this. Our education system is going to leaps. God save Indian education system
4)The face of democracy in West Bengal
All opponents of ruling party candidates were considered legitimate targets.
The terror and attack on democracy, widespread in character impacting on every aspect of life in Bengal affecting the security of ordinary people and particularly women.
The facts, figures and examples given here underline the urgent necessity for all those committed to democracy to come together to Save Democracy in West Bengal, against the politics of violence and terror.
