Change in Child Sex Abuse Act. 2012, to prevent child molestation cases in India

Hello, My name is Saket Sharma, age 21 years, male, nationality Indian. when i was 13 years old, me and my family were on a vacation trip to Shirdi(famous temple in Maharastra,India). The trip was fun, though i don't remember most of it,but i do remember one thing that i was sexually molestation by a strange middle aged man.We were stayed in Shirdi Sai Sansthan, my mom and dad went to temple for second time in two day time period, i hesitated to go for second time bcoz of huge devotee line, we have to cross first to take blessings from Shirdi Sai Baba,My family alas approved my request and they leave me in sasthan premise, i was wandering on the sansthan premise and after a while i sit down on the nearest chair i found, as i was sitting there a middle aged man came near me and sits on the chair next to me, he started the conversation asking me Beta! tum kaun ho, yaha kya kr rhe etc. (Who are you, what you are doing here?) i replied my name is Saket and my family is in shirdi temple they will come soon, that's why i'm sitting here.He said- Achha (OK), and don't say anything afterwards. Two minutes later, his hands were touching my genital area and when i look at him he apologised and took his hand off from me, i think maybe it's just a mistake and started playing games on my mobile, again he started doing the same thing, but this time i standup from my chair and leave the place, he is following me now and even grab my hand at one point, but luckily i managed to escape and ran as fast as i can towards my room number. I reached my room and locked it from inside,That time i was very scared and don't even know what to do and who to tell about the whole story,I opened the door only after my parents came back from temple.I feel comfortable now to tell about the incident now but if you are asking about the incident to my 13 years old self, he couldn't utter a single word properly.
My friend Kritika Pandey also faced similar situation in past, she has also similar scenario like mine but here it is not a middle aged man but he's actually her aunt father.
Many of us have faced child molestation in one part of our life, my main moto is to drive attention towards this issue for betterment of our next generation kids.
The government has failed to prevent much of the child sexual abuse from taking place. Additionally, the existing systems of child protection and the stakeholders involved including police, lawyers, media, teachers, parents etc. are simply not doing enough to help victims or to ensure that perpetrators are punished.
Most cases go unreported. Poor awareness, social stigma, and negligence remain attached to the issue. There is a culture of silence around it.
A government appointed committee, in January, found that the government’s child protection schemes, “have clearly failed to achieve their avowed objective.” [1]
A statement released by Louis-Georges Arsenault, UNICEF Representative to India states, “It is alarming that too many of these cases are children. One in three rape victims is a child. More than 7,200 children including infants are raped every year; experts believe that many more cases go unreported. Given the stigma attached to rapes, especially when it comes to children, this is most likely only the tip of the iceberg.
This petition is aimed towards changing the 2012 Child sexual abuse act and add some more important points in it.
1. Every 3 months there should have a survey conducted by State Government, to ensure that the child is prevent and safe from this crimes.
2. Schools should teach what is actually a child abuse and this topic should be added in text books.
3. A seminar for those who suffered from child abuse in past or present should be conducted by Indian Government, to aware more people about it.
4. Punishment for parents if they hide sexual molestation case from government.
