friends,
phase3 announcement service is like that when we miss payment and due date cross they start a announcement before every call you like to made and its in 3 languages by which more than 1 minute time you hang-up on phone. Its totally against human rights.
because
1)we pay late payment fees if we cross due date.
2)they have right to disconnect our services and they charge for reconnection too.
3) they give us credit limit within this limit they start such service.
4) also they remind us by sms when bill generated.
5) also they remind us via many phone calls by there collection team.
if we use there services our first right to pay it I agree with that but by any circumstances people miss it due to growing fast life that's true too, they have many other options and they used it before but I observed nearly by past 2 and half year they started phase3 announcement system to all Vodafone postpaid costumers. I make complain with there nodal/social networking team on behalf of all post paid costumers but they bounce me back saying you make only individual complaint friends I need your support to fight with that rule which is against human rights kindly give me your No and name as I supposed that you are with me for this case.
