STANDARDIZE BASIC BDS DENTIST SALARY IN INDIA

It has come to the notice from many fresher female and male dentists that there is no standardized basic salary for the BDS dentists in India.Many dentists have reported that they were asked to work for a very low salary or no salary for long working time with no holidays.The situation is getting worst now day by day for the dentists and no actions have been taken for the above issue by any respected authorities.No action has been taken till now and the dentists are being forced to work with low salary.Dentists have spent a huge amount for their studies and have to pay out their student loan, which is not possible with this low salary.To start a living and earning is also not possible.This PETITION is merely to standardize the basic salary for dentists with no comparison whether it's a Male or a Female dentist.
