Savings bank a/c money not refundable even after 30 years kept under suspesnion

The purswalkam co-operative bank ltd has not refunded the savings a/c to the tune of Rs.3000/-in the year 1965.The a/c has been under suspension and the money is not refunded to the heris of my late grandfather Mr.O.D.Samuel who is an account holder in the said bank.The gold a/c is kept in the locker of the said bank to the tune of 60 soverigns.I do not know whether the bank has returend the jewellery to my uncle nor the bank sold of the gold without our knowledge. My later father Mr.S.D.williams is one of the heirs to the said savings and gold in the said bank. Bank is not giving any information regarding the savings a/c and the gold.I have the orignial receipts of the savings a/c but the gold lokcer receipt is not with us.We have dispute with my uncle who is not revealing anything to us. I am asking the bank how it can give the gold soverigns to my uncle without the consent of my late father.I want the public to support my cause of getting back the savings a/c money and if the bankl has given jewellery to my uncle without our knowledge, I request the public to support my cause in favour of me and after verfiy the a/c no which i will give to them soon.
