The refund policy of Zepo courier company doesn't obey and are not according to Consumer Protection rights and acts, India. According to them, There is a 30 day period when a customer can apply for cancellation of services and they will straight away deduct 50%. It needs amendment. If a customer who don't want their services and doesn't use it and apply within 30 days, They must refund 100% to the consumer. Zepo is doing malpractices and it can be seen anywhere over web. Many Zepo victims have stated this. The company doesn't follow code of business ethics and very bad in fulfilling their promises.
