HEERALAL WITH CONSUMER NO :615561 IS A CUSTOMER OF H.P GAS COMPANY AND SINCE FROM MORE THAN 5 YEARS BUT IN RECENT FROM 2 YEARS WE ARE STAYING IN BAWANA AND WE GOT OUR BRANCH TOO CHANGED EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL AND WHEN WE CHANGED OUR RESIDENCE AS WE LIVE IN RENTED HOUSE WE HAD TO CHANGE SIX MONTHS BEFORE AND WHEN WE REQUESTED THE COMPANY PERSON TO CHANGE OUR ADDRESS THEY SAID DONT WORRY WE WILL KEEP SENDING YOU TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS AND FEW DAYS BEFORE WHEN WE CALLED UP FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER THEY SAID PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS AND THEN THEY ARE DENYING SAYING THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PROPER WE HAVE VOTING CARD BUT THE ADDRESS IS OF ROHINI AND OLD AND WE DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF OF BAWANA AND THEY ARE SAYING ONLY VOTER CARD AND LICENCE IS VALID SO WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE US WHO HAVE SHIFTED DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS AND THEY ARE SAYING RENT AGREEMENT WONT WORK OUT SO WHAT KIND OF PROOF CAN A MIGRANT AND A RENTED TENANT CANNOT RECEIVE GAS . THIS IS REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE OUR GAS CYLINDER IS EMPTY AND WE ARE BORROWING FROM OUR NEIGHBORS AND EAGERLY WAITING FOR POSITIVE RESPONSE SIR PLEASE MAKE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE SUCH SITUATIONS . THEY ARE MANY CUSTOMERS IN THIS BRANCH WHO ARE IN WORRIED SITUATION AND THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE TOO . INSTEAD THEY REPLY HARSHLY . THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR .
