If anna is establishing his new party then he should recruit people like below mentioned
1) Retired IAS officers (Secretaries of chief ministers of states)
2) Senior Lawyers (having property below Rs 3-4cr)
3) Senior CA or IRS persons associated in finance dept (having property below Rs 3-4cr)
4) Gov engineers having experience of executing big projects(having property below Rs 3-4cr)
5) Senior reporters and news hosts(having property below Rs 3-4cr)
6) Army officials (Ex Gen V K Singh should be Def minister) (having property below Rs 3-4cr)
7) Senior CBI officers(having property below Rs 3-4cr)
8) Devoted religious persons having forward thinking and impact on people
9) IIM and IIT professors
10) Senior doctors and pharmacy practitioners (having property below Rs 3-4cr)
11) Well educated farmers with scientific sense in agriculture
12) University Chancellors(or VCs) with foreign education experience
13) Reputed social workers
14) Retired and famous sports players (Kapil dev for minister of sports)
15) Retired scientist from ISRO or any relevant research organization
16) Famous and persuasive movie or TV actors
Each of above mentioned candidate should be rigorously interviewed and should be given a task of preparing a vision of their relevant expertise. Ministers from these candidates should be well decided before appearing in elections.
