Dear sir,

I have N300 wireless ADSL2+ modem router which was not working. So I have registered an RMA – 22089258 (S/N: 2T218715026CB) And Submitted To PSM Data andheri (e) on 17/10/2013

Then I have received replacement from PSM data on 5/11/2013 S/N: 26P2187S026CB which was also defective so I have given back them on 20/11/2013.

Then finally I have received new PC (on 2nd or 3rd Dec. 2013)(with adopter and router only). But as usual that PC is also defective none of port is working and I tried to call on toll-free(17/12/2013) they refuse to generate new RMA because the S/N 39V1387V0BC0A is not in your database, I don’t know why. So right now I am sending snap shot of my product with model and serial no.

two time i have mail them on('support@netgear.com', 'psmdata@gmail.com')on 18/12/2013 & 19/12/2013 but they didn't reply me any thing

kindly guide me what to do
