National Anthem & National Song - Mandatory for MP's / MLA / Corporators

Hello My Brothers and Sisters of India,

I was ashamed to see in news channel in which a BJP MP was not able to even read Vande Maatharam from the lyrics shared by the studio or tv channel..

We should make these 2 songs by-heart and compulsory to sing for any one who wants to contest elections. There has to be a qualifying examination before contesting any election. Just like how there are entrance test for Engineering and Medical seats.. Our Govt representatives also need to have a mandatory skills required and should be qualified to contest elections even at the lowest level of our political systems..
