more weightage on MA mark in the selection of assistant professor

An assistant professor needs to teach in college/university with the knowledge,technique,data,ability,and skill that he acquires in his MA.If ba degree is enough he can not go beyond the level of his students.A graduate teacher does not need MA to teach in school and therefore the emphasis is on degree rather than master degree.similarly an LP teacher needs higher secondary rather than graduation.the present selection of assistant professor gives on 25%weightage on ma.The requirement of assistant professor needs ma.Then the emphasis must be on ma.It must be 50% rather than 25%.the mark of matriculation must not be counted as it is not counted in the selection of graduate teacher and postgraduate teacher.The skillful assistant professor has to reproduce the knowedge and ability to comprehend the student that he learns in MA.He/she has to give adequate answer to the question of learner.His ability and knowledge of MA should be given adequate important. UGC should change it.
