Subject: Negligence of duties by public servants (Bangalore City Corporation) BBMP Government of Karnataka India

Respected Sir,

As I am residing in the above mentioned address, what am I requesting to you as a citizen of India is as I belong to Scheduled Caste woman,
I have a property in Bangalore city, ward no.118, Rajaram mohan roy extension, I cross, property survey No.83/3, City survey No. 601, House No.24, Bangalore 560027, Karnataka State.

I purchased this property in 02.02.2009 and also have registered the property in the sub registrar office, and I have also paid up-to-date property tax to Bangalore city corporation, and I have also applied to the assistant revenue officer for registration of khatha (case file No.KTR /118/86/09-2010) to my respective property dated 09.09.2009, but the Revenue Inspector, Revenue Officer and Assistant Revenue Officer have not given me the Khatha certificate to my property even though I have submitted them the necessary documents which belongs to the property . Even though the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) and Joint Commissioner of BBMP south have also directed the Revenue Inspector, Revenue Officer and Assistant Revenue Officer of BBMP to issue the Khatha Certificate to my property, they have not issuing me the Khatha Certificate, Because

There was a land grabbing persons who tried to land grab my property and even we fought for this in Bangalore City Civil Court, CCH 45, OS 6303 of 2009 and the Honorable court passed the Judgement and decree dated 18/03/2014 in favor of me. The defendants approached the High Court of Karnataka for appeal (RFA) No.1333/2014, the appeal was also dismissed.

City survey records and land records are in fovour of my property, City survey department team 3 K.R.Circle Bangalore Karnataka also conducted survey of my property and they have also ordered that this property belongs to me. Case No. 25/2009

Revenue Inspector, Revenue Officer and Assistant Revenue Officer of BBMP are trying to help this land grabbers to grab my property.

My husband S.P.Manjunath has lodged the complaint against the land grabbers in the local police station (Sampangi Ram Nagar) crime No.314/ 2015 , the local police as taken the action against the land grabbers, now the accused are out on the anticipatory bail. Court hall CCH-66, Case No.8409/2016.

My family is from very poor family as we are from scheduled caste we have lots of loan against this property from local financiers, we took the loan from them to fight against this case. If the Khatha Certificate is not issued to us very soon the only way to our family is to commit suicide.

The family of the land grabbers are from the higher caste and they have lots of money power and man power, they have trespassed our property and they have demolished our another house belonging to us in the same property when we were out of station and they have threatened us with dried consequences. There is no power, water and toilet facilities to our property which are very basic needs of a citizen of INDIA who belongs to a Scheduled Caste.

Because of life threatening from the land grabbers me and my family are living in a rented house even though we have this property we are not able to live in it, but my brother-in-law (S.P.Dinesh Kumar) who is handicapped lives and looks on to our house which is in the same property house No.24.

From the last seven years we have suffered a lot due to non issuing of the Khatha Certificate, we really don't know how much money we have spent, how many times we have visited the office to get the Khatha certificate.

Court orders has not been obeyed by the public servants, there is no respect for court orders by this public servants.

Please am requesting you to take a strict action against the officers for negligence of duty.
