Helping hands are better than praying hands, Help Japan.

A ferocious tsunami unleashed by Japan's biggest recorded earthquake slammed into its eastern coast Friday, killing more than ten thousands of people as it carried away ships, cars and homes, and triggered widespread fires that burned out of control. Japan is a country that has spent Billions on anti-quake measures. They are technologically most advanced country to handle such quakes and Tsunamis, due to which literally hundreds & thousands have been unscathed even after a strong quake measuring 9.0 on Richter scale (It is amongst the top 10 worst quakes of all time). But, even after all the preventive measures, humans can do little when it comes to Nature’s Fury.
The Japanese government is launching a strong disaster response, but in every emergency there are vulnerable groups who have trouble accessing aid. Many Non for profit organization is assessing the damage caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and would work with government authorities and other organizations.
