Godrej India - Terrible Service woes in Hyderabad

had registered a complaint bearing Number 707448 on Friday the 20th of August 2010 for my 400 ltr refrigerator. We still have not heard from the service people regarding the the technician visiting us for the repair inspite of making regular calls at least 3 times a day. This is not the first time that we face service problems with Godrej. Everytime we register a complaint we will have to spoil all our storage items for atleast 2 weeks till we fight out with the service center to get our refrigirator repaired. I wonder how can Godrej still extend the contracts to the service representatives who are 100% anti consumers or customers. I have been facing the same problem for the past 4 years and no action is being taken on the service representative of Hyderabad. this would be my last resort before approaching the consumer forum since I have an Active AMC valid till 2011. I have many other products of different companies but service for them has never been a problem except for Godrej. Ask any of my friends they say do not buy Godrej since the after sales service is worse than terrible with Godrej.

Hope Godrej management would open its eyes atleast now.
