Conduct class 12th(JKBOSE) exams before March!!

Sir,
The recent flood fury left us with nothing. Unfortunately, the upcoming class 12th exams have been called off till March 2015. We request you to look into the matter again as this decision isn't entirely in favor of the students. We respect your decision, but this one will lead many students to their worst nightmares. In India, the ability of a student depends on her/his score in entrance examinations. By conducting boards in March, students will be left with very less time to prepare for entrance examinations. Thus, our future is at stake.We request you to conduct the said examination before March with some concession in syllabus.
It's a humble request to your good self kindly look into the matter and conduct exams before March.
